In these terms and conditions, ”Richard Noble & Company” means Richard Noble & Company, ABN 70 809 113 049, located at Level 1, 189 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008.
A buyer (Buyer) wishing to purchase a vacant residential lot (Vacant Lots) advertised on this website or in our marketing materials (Advertisement) will need to enter into a contract for sale of land (Land Contract).
Vacant Lots are available until sold. For details of availability of Vacant Lots, contact the our Sales & Marketing Manager on 0407 945 834 or email email@example.com
The advertised sales price of Vacant Lots is correct as at the time of publication, but is subject to change without further notice.
The advertised sales price does not include the cost for the construction of a house on Vacant Lots, unless specified otherwise.
Fees and Adjustments
Stamp duty on the Land Contract, registration fees in relation to the transfer of Vacant Lots, local government change in ownership fees and any other fees or charges incidental to the acquisition of land are payable by the Buyer separately.
The Vacant Lot is also subject to adjustments under the Land Contract including, but not limited to, council rates, water rates, land tax and other statutory charges.
The Buyer should discuss these fees and adjustments with their settlement agent prior to entering into a Land Contract.
All content including descriptions, illustrations, photographs and statements on this website and Advertisement relating to the sale of Vacant Lots are indicative only and may contain inaccuracies or errors in respect of the size, zoning, BAL, location, description, identification and/or boundaries of Vacant Lots or the current or future location or existence of any facilities, amenities, services or destinations.

To the extent permitted by law, Richard Noble & Company is not liable and does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by a Buyer or any other person by reason of any incorrect or incomplete information in respect to Vacant Lots communicated in any Advertisement; who relies upon the information in any Advertisement; or due to the inability of Richard Noble & Company to offer Vacant Lots for sale and/or provide any aspect of the sale of Vacant Lots as a result of circumstances beyond Richard Noble & Company’s control.
Richard Noble & Company may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by all laws and regulations in force in the State of Western Australia.
